General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the Berghotel Schillerkopf

Scope of application

These GTC apply to all accommodation contracts between Berghotel Schillerkopf GmbH & CoKG (“Accommodation Provider”) and its guests (“Contractual Partner”). Deviating agreements require written confirmation.

Conclusion of contract

The accommodation contract is concluded by the accommodation provider’s booking confirmation.

Any required down payments and payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.

Arrival and departure (check-in / check-out)

Check-in: from 15:00

Check-out: until 11:00 am

Earlier or later use of the rooms is only possible by prior arrangement and may be subject to a surcharge.

Cancellation / withdrawal

Please refer to the respective offer and your booking confirmation for the cancellation conditions applicable to your booking.
Cancellations are only valid in writing.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Cash redemption is not possible.

Vouchers must be presented at check-in or when booking.

Obligations of the guest

Payment of the agreed fee and any additional services.

Careful handling of hotel inventory and facilities.

Compliance with the house rules.

Obligations of the accommodation provider

Provision of the agreed services to an extent corresponding to the standard of the hotel.

Duty of care for guests and their property, where required by law.

Liability

The accommodation provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence.

Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Valuables should not be left unattended in the room.

Place of fulfillment, place of jurisdiction, choice of law

Place of fulfillment: Bürserberg, Vorarlberg

Choice of law: Austrian law

Place of jurisdiction: For disputes arising from the accommodation contract, the competent district court Bludenz / regional court Feldkirch (as higher instance) is responsible.

Miscellaneous

Amendments or additions to the contract must be made in writing.

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
